At the Federal High Court in Abuja on Monday, the wife of Deputy Commissioner of Police (DCP) Abba Kyari, who is under trial, slumped.

Armed agents of the National Drug Law Enforcement Agency (NDLEA) were leading Kyari and the other drug transaction suspects away from the court grounds when the event took place.

She collapsed to the ground shortly after the trial, and Justice Emeka Nwite postponed making a decision on the requests for release on bail that DCP Kyari and six other people who are accused of drug trafficking with him filed.
