Goals from both Mehdi Teremi and Stephen Eustaquio helped Porto to secure a 2-1 win at home to Atletico Madrid on Tuesday as they ended up finishing top of Champions League Group B.
Porto had already made it to the next round but leapfrogged Club Brugge to end up as group winners with a total of 12 points, one point above the Belgians who also went through.
Atletico on the other hand ended at the bottom of the table, failing to even make it to the second-tier Europa League knockout round play-offs.

Bayern ended top with a total of 18 points, eight point ahead of Inter Milan with the two teams both qualifying for the knockout stage.
Barcelona on the other hand ended their Champions league campaign finishing third on seven points, having to settle for a Europa League place for the second year in a row.

Barcelona cruise past Viktoria Plzen
Ferran Torres scored twice, one in each half as Barcelona ease past Viktoria Plzen 4:2 in the Champions League however both sides were already eliminated from the competition.
Barcelona still remained in third place in Group C behind Inter and Bayern, implying that they have dropped into the Europa League.
Viktoria Plzen on the other hand ended the competition with no point.
