The video-sharing app TikTok suffered outage on Thursday.
Many users around the world fail to access the popular social media app. The problems first surfaced around 11:30 GMT, with Down Detector, a website that tracks the issue, logging nearly 2,000 problem reports.
TikTok users who don’t have access to the app have complained of glitches on Twitter, with some complaining that their videos aren’t showing.
The break comes a week after TikTok announced it would increase the video limit to three minutes and allow all users to upload 10-minute videos.
The app has long been considered a short-form video platform, but is now maneuvering to compete with YouTube, Instagram, Facebook, and more.
