The National Drug Law Enforcement Agency (NDLEA) agents have  arrested Mrs. Ajisegiri Kehinde Sidika, a 56-year-old widow who had 400 grams of cocaine hidden in her footwear.

The suspect, a mother of four, was arrested while reportedly attempting to smuggle illegal substances into Makkah, Saudi Arabia, at the Murtala Muhammed International Airport in Lagos

This was revealed in a statement released by Femi Babafemi, the NDLEA spokesperson, on Sunday, November 20.

He claimed that the suspect, who presents herself as a businesswoman operating on Lagos Island and dealing in clothing for both adults and children, was stopped on Sunday, November 13, when she attempted to board a Qatar Airways flight to Saudi Arabia via Doha.

Two packets of cocaine totaling 400 grams were discovered after giving the sandals she was wearing a close inspection.
