A widow who was thrown out from her home by husband’s relatives was seen sleeping outside just a day after her husband’s funeral.
The funeral took place on Friday, March 25, and the widow was kicked out on Saturday, March 26.
In a post posted online, the widow was seen sleeping on the floor wearing nothing but a wrapper and a head tie. Next to her were her slippers.
Her niece demanded justice for the widow who hails from Nanka in Anambra, on Facebook.
According to the confession, the woman built the house with her own money, but this did not stop her husband’s family from locking up the house in order to kick her out and prevent her entering the house.
The neice claimed that the widow was thrown out without her belongings and she was left empty handed, not even the clothes she’s meant to wear for her the burial Thanksgiving service on Sunday, March 27.
